SATSUMA, Fla. (CBS/AP) The search for Haleigh Cummings, the 5-year-old who disappeared in northeast Florida more than a year ago, resumed in the murky waters of the St. John's River, and investigators were joined by a handcuffed Misty Croslin, Haleigh's ex-stepmother, who was the last person to see little Haleigh alive. Investigators are now saying that they consider the search area a crime scene.

As the search entered its third day, divers continue to come up empty and the search seemed to be concentrated around a dock on the river about five miles from Haleigh's house in Satsuma, Fla., 65 miles south of Jacksonville. It's a small area that reportedly has not been searched before.

Croslin was seen standing on the dock with investigators Wednesday, near what looks to be a table with items on it. She was wearing jail house blues and had shackles around her hands. Investigators aren't saying why she was brought there.

Members of Haleigh's family told CBS affiliate WTEV Wednesday that it was a tip from Croslin's brother that led investigators to the area.

Another reported "person of interest" in the case, Croslin's cousin Joe Overstreet, held a press conference Wednesday in his hometown of Nashville, Tenn. Overstreet was reportedly in Satsuma the night Haleigh disappeared and was questioned by the FBI at the time.

Overstreet's grandmother, Flora Hollars, told WTEV that she called police this week after a phone conversation with Overstreet's cousin, Hank Croslin, prompted her to believe Overstreet had something to do with Haleigh's disappearance.

Overstreet said Wednesday that he had nothing to do with it and doesn't know who did.

"If I knew who did it, I would go straight and call the cops and tell them who did it," Overstreet told reporters Wednesday.
