Police have provided more information about the death of Ryan Knight, a former cast member of MTV's "The Real World: New Orleans."

Knight, 28, was found unconscious and not breathing at a friend's residence in Kenosha Washington, around 10 a.m. Thursday. Efforts to revive him were unsuccessful.

Knight is from Kenosha. He was a cast member of "The Real World: New Orleans" in 2010.

Kenosha police say Knight had been out with friends the night before his death, and there were no obvious signs of injuries. An autopsy on Friday didn't find any "anatomical cause of death."

Toxicology results are pending.

Police say Knight had complained of stomach issues over the last two days, and at this time his death is being looked at as medical or accidental in nature.

Friends and fellow cast members took to social media to pay tribute to Knight.

Diem Brown, another "Real World" cast member, died earlier this month. The 32-year-old reality star had battled cancer.
