NEW YORK (CBS) Only days after former model Kayden Nguen accused Steven Seagal of trapping her as a "sex toy" in a Jefferson Parish home, the action hero's lawyers are telling her to shut up or pay the price.

The "outrageous and unlawful in direct violation of the terms of the confidentiality agreement Ms. Nguyen signed on February 22, 2010," reads a letter from Seagal's lawyer Marty Singer to Nguyen's attorney William Waldo.

Kayden Nguyen says she sent this image to Seagal's office to get the job.

Singer says the agreement prevents Nguyen from "disclosing any private, confidential or sensitive matters" concerning Seagal and she could face $50,000 in "liquidated damages" if she continues her suit.

Waldo fired back, "save your ink," and said he would not be intimidated by "cheap shot threats."

The dueling letters were obtained by CBS News' Crimesider as was Nguyen's lawsuit which claims the 23-year-old believed Seagal hired her as an executive assistant, but quickly learned she was expected to provide for the actor's sexual needs. She claims two Russian beauties were already on staff to do the job.

Nguyen's suit claims that on three occasions Seagal "sexually assaulted" her with unwanted contact and groping at a Louisiana home where the actor and his family were staying.

Seagal's lawyer has previously called the claims "absurd." And Crimesider found television footage that questions Nguyen's credibility. In a 2009 episode of the "Tyra Banks Show" about the "gay community," Nguyen said she can use her "sex appeal to get any girl" and "trick any guy."

The 58-year-old actor, best known for his martial-arts moves in films such as "Under Siege" and "Exit Wounds," is being sued for sexual harassment, illegal trafficking of females for sex, failure to prevent sexual harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination and false representation about employment.

Seagal currently stars in an A&E reality show about his work as a commissioned deputy in Jefferson Parish, around New Orleans. Nguyen's attorney said his client did not contact local police because she feared Seagal and his close relationship with them.

She chose to file suit instead and is seeking $1 million.
